Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and equivalent state laws, you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
MoneySweep does not sell, rent, or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is nothing for you to opt out of, because we do not engage in those practices in the first place.
The only third parties who receive your information are operational service providers (email delivery, database, hosting, security) bound by data processing agreements. They cannot use your information for their own marketing.
If our practices ever change in a way that would constitute "sale" or "sharing" under CCPA, we will notify you in advance and provide a clear opt-out method here, before any such activity begins.
